- DJDustin JonesMay 9, 20241.0The people seemed okay but the lack of service they can give is baffling. I'm not sure which one of these is the store but I called both and it automatically hung up. Today I just got an update. Now they no longer offer phones under $700+ in store after my friend went trough several most likely last year around $200 range or less. Over $1400 for to new phones. Also apparently they are distancing from Motorola phones. I had to delete my other comments to be as nice as possible. Nothing against Verizon but the trouble we've had this week is beyond my ability to comprehend for a phone service store that ties in a contract. Everyone is buying Walmart straight talk which I believe is owned by Verizon. I just have to stop. We just need more places to help people not break them or refuse to even speak over the phone for anyone disabled or other. Thank you
