  Place is useless. Can't get a straight answer out of anyone concerning transfer of lines. Looking elsewhere.

  The service at Verizon on York rd is poor. The woman staff is not polite 😒. They will have you standing in the store for hours and not saying anything to you.

  Recently I went to this Verizon location to review my monthly bill. The sales associate who tried to help me was Mel. After 20 minutes going is circles with him, he finally told me that he could not reduce my bill and allow me to still have the same service...after initially telling me that there were several ways he could reduce my monthly bill for the same service. He then became frustrated when I asked him questions about items on the bill that he said were old and needed to be changed. Suddenly he then blew up at me, and became indignant and rude, accusing me of not letting him talk. This was not true since he really didn't want me to ask him any more questions that he couldn't answer. I finally walked out and called Verizon help online. Within 20 minutes a nice agent named Jennifer out of New Jersey reviewed my account, kept my service exactly the same, upgraded my equipment, and saved us almost $100.00 per month. It is now obvious to me that Mel didn't know what he was talking about and became frustrated because he really didn't have the knowledge to be in the position of helping Verizon customers with their bills or service. Verizon, why is Mel employed at this store??? Addendum: With a lot of trepidation, I recently returned to the Foxtail Verizon store…the lair of Mel. After my last disastrous encounter with Mel there, I instead first tried the Verizon store in Hunt Valley. At the Hunt Valley Verizon store, I witnessed deliberately slow and rude Verizon employees and the worst in customer service (their rating of 2 out of 5 stars is generous), so I finally gave up and decided that I would try the Foxtail location again. After all, I just wanted some help transferring our 4 phones from ATT to Verizon. Arriving at Foxtail minutes after I left the Hunt Valley Verizon store, I experienced a miracle through divine intervention…at Foxtail, I was delivered into the hands of the nicest and most capable Verizon employee I have ever met or spoken with recently (which at last count is a total of seven). Mark W., you are terrific and a credit to Verizon. You understand customer service. THANK YOU for all your patience and help!!
