- AAAprilFeb 20, 20264.0To tell the truth the young man that waited on me was very helpful just didn't do all that I asked he asked me did I want insurance I said yes sign me up and he didn't put it in writing but I was charged for insurance. I say this so that you read your receipts before you leave the store and make sure you get everything you paid for. Other than that I was treated with respect and kindness. Thank you Verizon. I have to go back to the store because my phone was stolen and prove my identity because someone is getting phones in my name. I think a person should have to prove in person that an account is truly their. Because now I have got a problem that is not my fault.

I go to this one in Glen Burnie and they tell me I have to do it over the phone. There is a reason why I don't pay my bill over the phone or on line. Thank you for the inconvenience of the hour phone call, along with the robos phone...Poor service!!
