Honestly if I’m the owner of that store I would be so embarrassed of clients have an image so bad of my store. Or even be so embarrassed having to many incompetent employees that they don’t know what they are doing, or just come to the store clock in be on their phones, or just talk to each other. I was wondering why they had to many bad reviews, and now that I experience myself I do understand, DON’T EVEN COMING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN, really though as the best company and best service, customer service would be the same, but that store in Gaithersburg and being the corporate definitely it giving a bad image to Verizon.

No wonder there were just 3 customers where as other places are qued No one to attend all in the ba k room for ever. There was Mr Ajay was there but most unprofessional person who seemed least interested for any business and just wanted to get rid of people by hardly answering. People just don't go !!! No wonder it's filled with such negative reviews
