    Jalen(hope I spelled it right) was awesome, super helpful with every questions and getting me signed up as a new customer. They get 5 stars for service and for giving me a great deal that I found out was online exclusive but they made an exception for me. Thanks for the new phone!

    They do not know what they are doing. 2 hours in the store thinking I was "registered" to access my account online. Come to find out, I am not registered and can't register. Verizon has gone downhill

    Being with Verizon has been a pill. I guess I’ll leave out the myriad of hours we’ve spent on the phone the past several months with Verizon and only deal with the store today. My husband and I went to have my son’s phone fixed. We were immediately directed to the manager, who looked at us as if we had said something offensive. We explained to her about the online reps failed attempts with fixing my son’s phone issue however, she still attempted to do the very same thing. I reassured her that we were informed by the rep that he would need a new phone number. She snapped at me informedy me that she was still going to try it anyway. I had no problem with her informing me of this but the way in which she stated it was not very professional. After sitting about 15 to 20 minutes, she resolved that he did in fact need a new number.. Towards the end, she lightened up a bit, but I feel like we were stereotyped upon coming in the door. Lastly, we were told that she could not assist us with reimbursement for our son not having phone service for the past four months and that we would have to call back online to have this done. I’m so over the runaround with Verizon.
