- ASAnna StanleySep 15, 20231.0Andre one of the managers once again treated me very rude and unprofessional. He was uncouth and made me feel very unwanted. I was there last January 2023 and put a review on Yelp after leaving. I then went to the Victra store in Ellicott City where I felt like a valued customer. I made my purchase at Victra however today customer service scheduled an appointment for me at the corporate store in Catonsville because my appointment type had to be at a corporate store and once again Andre treated me so poorly I felt like my safety was threatened and like I was unwanted and frowned upon. He was very angry and very uptight. He threw the post note pad on the counter in front of me and told me to write it down myself when I asked him to write down the screen protector companies he was telling me I needed to contact. He was rude, impatient, angry and unprofessional. I will now contact the District Manager.

I got a new phone with new line for my daughter yesterday and got the phone delivered today(super fast) since they didn’t have it in stock. Sales Rep. named Annricka was so efficient, kind and helpful. I had some trouble setting up at home but she went extra miles to call me virtually to help me thru each every step. I strongly recommend her and the place and would not hesitate to continue to get my service there. Thumbs Up!!
