  For several years Ms Taylor T. has been very helpful and is one of the main reason I stayed doing business with Verizon. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly with my issues, very patient. She doesn’t pass you off to customer support unless she has totally exhausted all her options in store. In a time when knowledgeable in person service seems to be harder to find, Taylor and her co-workers here at this store are by far an exception and maintain a high standard. Thank you!

  Great service. It would be awesome if you branched out Verizon Fios in California, MD, since it isn’t supported out here

  I have been a Verizon customer for 32 years in February of 2022 I purchased a new I phone and was told they were out of stock and would mail me one in a few days.The phone never showed up and I went back to the store and they said they had one in stock.When I looked at my credit card charge they had billed me 2 times for one phone. I called customer service and they told me no problem and they would give me a credit on my account on the next statement. I was then charged for the one phone again on my auto pay and called again and was told they would credit me again the next month. They charged me again for the 4th time and I only bought one phone.Now it’s October 31 they owe me $3500 I call and go to the store every 2 weeks have spent from 9:30am to 4:30 pm on the phone with Verizon and was switched to 7 different managers and left on hold most of the day. I now am at the hospital with my wife and have had my service cut off 4 times in the last 2 months and continue to visit the Verizon store and spend all day never getting my credit. I have never paid my bill late in 32 years they have stolen $3500 from me and cannot get this resolved.I can’t believe this customer experience and it is truly the worst customer experience I have have ever had.. The store managers Chris at California,Md location have tried to get me a credit and so did Jason at Prince Frederick and unfortunately the store managers have no horsepower to help and have been very sympathetic and have tried to help have had the phone turned on.I have spent over 40 hours in Verizon stores and on the phone and still cannot get in touch to hold someone at Verizon accountable..
