  Our most recent visit was very disappointing. Long waits, unhelpful staff. We ended up going to the Verizon in Friendship Heights to buy a new phone before the Trump tariffs hit.

  For the past week I have had extra trouble with my cellular calls, with dropped calls or call failed, people not hearing me, when receiving a call not hearing the person, text messages not being delivered, or clients not hearing me when I speak! I called Verizon stayed 3 hrs in the phone trying to fix issues. Not fixed. I went to the Verizon store on Wisconsin ave and unfortunately my experience with some of the staff was a terrible experience ! The staff is rude they do not welcoming you. They ignore you barely or not responding to your hellos. They do not acknowledge you coming into the store. What a shame! I requested the supervisor to call me they said he is not available. I have been a Verizon client for more than 35 years and I expect more from this company and from its staff.
