  For months, my wife and daughters were growing increasingly frustrated (and vocal) about our slow and spotty Wi-Fi - especially since we were paying for gig speed. Despite my heroic troubleshooting efforts, coverage in our 5,000-square-foot home was inconsistent at best. Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros came in and, in one day - with no new wires - diagnosed and fixed a range of wired and wireless issues. We now have seamless, reliable, gig Wi-Fi everywhere in the house. Our technician, Juwann, brought an incredible blend of technical expertise, patient confidence, and meticulous attention to detail. The cable company had told me Wi-Fi is inherently “unpredictable.” Not when you have MV Wi-Fi Pros working on it! Problem solved. Dad redeemed. Five stars.

  Great services. I recently hired this team to help with my home network setup, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Not only did they come in several hundred dollars under the original estimate, but they also took the time to thoroughly walk me through the entire system. They patiently explained how everything works and answered all my questions. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers understanding their setup, not just getting the job done. Highly recommend!

  I had a commercial-grade level network in my home with a smart home control system and it wasn't working. The MV Wi-Fi guys came to my house and diagnosed the issues with my older network. They discovered among other things the access point had stopped working. The team recommended an upgrade to a new Ubiquiti-based network that would be capable of supporting my smart home system while giving me increased speeds throughout my home. The scheduled day of my service we had a massive snowstorm so they rescheduled for later that week. When Merrimack Valley Wi-Fi Pros came out it took about a day, but they traced all of my wired network connections, they setup the new wireless network and then migrated me off the Comcast router we were forced to use to have some level of Internet access and they even made sure the smart home system was working. The guys took their shoes off while in my house and they were polite and easy to talk with throughout the process. The price was reasonable for what I was given with service, and everything went as they had explained it to me. I had a great experience with the MV Wi-Fi Pros team.
