What's worse is that I had a sick infant who only calmed down to certain music but we couldn't play it because we didn't have internet and after a certain point my phone data ran out. Then to top it off, after agreeing to just cancel everything, return the equipment, and erase the charges, they sent me to collections for the 6 weeks of "service" I got. The cherry on top is they offered us a $50 Amazon card to switch (we even did their whole text thing to get it) but it never came. Never ever use this company.
