- MJMarsha JiavaFeb 8, 20264.0Just added our mobile phones husband & wife to our home phone & internet package along with the Direct TV cable and streaming package, and it went well. We ordered with you, called verizon to transfer our PIN and worked with your office again to get it switched over. Hopefully, all goes well. Only item that stood out when we ordered was when the woman said call before you go out of state so they can add roaming. That shocked me as I thought it would be more money & she said no we just have to add it on, but don't worry it's not usually an issue within the US, but definitely out of the country, which I don't do. So, I will be watching to see if this is an issue, because I travel all over NE, and to Texas & Kansas almost every year at least once, so I hope I have coverage and no additional fees.

Later, in the following months, there is no discount, and the monthly payment is increased each time without informing you. When you contact them to complain, they respond very coldly. After a few months, I canceled the service.
- LTLuke TsaiDec 7, 20251.0Been with them for a week now. False advertising left and right! Whole home internet is an included mesh wifi system. What they dont tell you is that they don't included the additional mesh nodes needed - thats extra! The quoted price is with autopay on. Turns out it takes 3 months to "activate" autopay.
- JRJoseph ReidSep 30, 20251.0Do not…. I repeat do not go to this place , they are a horrible company. All they’ve done to me and my low income family is lie and say we would be paying 20$ a month and after having their service for under 6 months our bill has gone all the way from 20$ to 50$ their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with and they are extremely rude and don’t care about their customers. We were also suppose to get a 100$ prepaid card from them and never even received anything!
