Later, in the following months, there is no discount, and the monthly payment is increased each time without informing you. When you contact them to complain, they respond very coldly. After a few months, I canceled the service.

What they dont tell you is that they don't included the additional mesh nodes needed - thats extra! The quoted price is with autopay on. Turns out it takes 3 months to "activate" autopay.

All they’ve done to me and my low income family is lie and say we would be paying 20$ a month and after having their service for under 6 months our bill has gone all the way from 20$ to 50$ their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with and they are extremely rude and don’t care about their customers. We were also suppose to get a 100$ prepaid card from them and never even received anything!
