There's an actual human on the other end of the phone when I call, who understands my questions and answers them. They have a great transparent communication ethic about any (few) service issues/interruptions, and the one time that service interruption was slightly extended, they offered a credit to make us whole. Gateway is the POLAR OPPOSITE of the robotic/impersonal/infuriating/predatory experience I've had with the juggernaut national internet service providers through cable or phone, which is what prompted me to switch. I hope I never have to move out of their service area because I can't go back! I can't recommend Gateway Fiber highly enough.
