Vyve’s service is a mess - can not wait until they are bought out by Cable One. The network in this area is clearly failing, yet instead of fixing their infrastructure, they just want to keep sending techs to your house and try to charge a “service fee.” Their policy says that fee only applies if the problem is caused by customer equipment, which it is not. Be sure that you are not charged. This feels like an attempt to shift blame and squeeze more money out of customers rather than take responsibility for their broken network. Stop sending techs to justify fees and start fixing the plant and upgrading the system. This is unacceptable for a company charging premium prices for unreliable service.
