    I canceled 4 days into the new billing cycle, turned in all the equipment but still got charged for the entire month. $92 dollars for 4 days worth of internet. I spoke to their customer service and they would not budge on a refund. I wasn’t even asking for a full refund. Just half or at least a partial.

    Erika Courville is absolutely outstanding. Whenever we have any issues and I need to call for tech support, I ask for her to come and be our tech. Her knowledge is above all others and she takes the time to explain to you what is going and what the fix is. She has some of the best customer service skills that I have ever experienced. It’s always a good interaction with her and when she leaves the job is complete and done very well. Anyone who needs a tech, ask for Erika and you won’t be disappointed.

    The very best customer service! Jody from the Westlake office answered all my questions and followed up to make sure my new service was all set up in a timely manner! Our new internet has been wonderful, and I can’t say enough good things about the Vyve Customer service! I will be referring new customers to Vyve!
