They push you to sign a 2 year contract or their prices goes up.I left these company for that reason and I am very happy.I never will go back to Cox.

Carlos’ job title of “solutions specialist” is spot on because he goes out of his way to help you out even if you’re halfway across the country and even if the solution he’s thinking will meet your needs is not a COX product. Honest, hard working, incredibly reliable. Definitely recommend!

In an effort to upgrade are abysmal AT&T service we went to inquire about offerings in Metairie. We're going to give them a try as it's a no contract offer at a better price and 10 times the speed! So far so good, fingers crossed! It's beyond human understanding that so many areas in Jefferson Parish don't have fiber internet yet!
