- MImatina israelJan 22, 20261.0I went to cox today on lapalco to pay my phone bill because it was off I talked to the representative by the name of Talia nice young lady but here's the issue the payment was applied to the Internet account and not my phone so I'm wondering why my phone never came back on called customer service so many times then finally I got someone who really took out the time to actually look to see what happened I go back to Cox to have them correct their mistake all to have the same young lady tell me she applied it to my phone bill but keep in mind the amount of my bill never changed so she went to the back to get the manager who never came out only to send her back out with customer service number... Y'all have to do better I love Cox but baby I can't do this
