- GCGG CavAug 28, 20241.0I signed up for auto draft. BIG MISTAKE. they took an additional $162 out of my account (when I signed up my bill was already paid). It’s now Aug 28 and I’ve chatted with 5 different reps who all assured me my credit was “in process “ of being refunded. This is SUCH BAD BUSINESS and should be illegal.

This was especially inconvenient for me because my phone is the source of basically everything in my life. My work schedules, assignments, etc. I didn't have insurance on the phone, I never knew because I bought it so long ago. I was told I had to wait 30 days and they couldn't do anything for me. I asked if I could trade-in, was told no because the device was damaged. He expected me be without a phone for 30 days. to Low-and-Behold I buy a phone online from Verizon and was told by an ONLINE agent that as long as the battery wasn't damaged I COULD HAVE TRADED THE DEVICE IN. My battery was not damaged. Anyways, L experience and an L employee. Sorry not Sorry.
