IT IS SAD THAT EATEL DONT HAVE SERVICE IN MY AREA NEVER HAD ANYPROBLEMS WITH THEM FOR THE 8 YEARS I HAD THEM. 11/10/2025 again this internet having issues .... that's it, this internet cannot work properly more than 3 days.... i just found out eatel its called rev so i am switching.. to a reliable internet provider.

The customer service personnel always have greet me with a smile, assist me with my problem and most importantly NOT PRESSURED ME into buying new services, try to convince me to upgrade or tried to push a "deal" on me. If it was the service it would be 1 star but this store is dang near perfect. I never had this experience in any other store .
