  Worst wifi I've ever had. The service is way to expensive to be paying for wifi that doesn't even work 4 times out of the week. The wifi is constantly lagging and slow. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I have constantly had workers come out to "fix" the wifi but nothing ever helps. Definitely would NOT recommend.

  Nice and friendly staff. Would have given more stars but Cox internet is a scam. It goes out randomly with no explanation and has been overcharging me for years. Seriously, do the math and see if your phone provider has Internet services. Over the last 3 years, Cox has over charged me by $110 dollars a month compared with bundling my Internet with Verizon. Oh, and just so you know, my Internet service never goes out, is faster than Cox, I don't have to "rent" a router, and I don't get severely overcharged.

  THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE U CAN GET. ONE DAY WORKS FINE THE OTHER IS JUST ABSOLUTE TRASH!! EVERY WEEK THERE IS SOMETHIGN WRONG WITH THIS INTERNET. IT IS SAD THAT EATEL DONT HAVE SERVICE IN MY AREA NEVER HAD ANYPROBLEMS WITH THEM FOR THE 8 YEARS I HAD THEM. 11/10/2025 again this internet having issues .... that's it, this internet cannot work properly more than 3 days.... i just found out eatel its called rev so i am switching.. to a reliable internet provider. Update 11-28-2025, this internet still having issues after buying new cables and plugging my modem straight from the pole this internet still giving me issues, is never stable, cant play live stream or do anything without the constant drop, i had enough, on December 9 rev will fix my issue. my advise do not get cox go with rev if you want a stable and reliable ISP.

  Do not go threw with these services. I paid my deposit and everything just to go home and it not work. Came back to the store for them to tell me there's more fees to have someone come and fix the issue. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Will never consider cox for anything.
