Big thanks to Diante, who was very helpful and friendly, we managed to be in and out in less than 10 minutes with new equipment. I pleaded with him to cancel my service but he wanted to ask me a million questions. I had to call back and press the option for new service. I spoke to someone in the US who then transferred me to a retention member in the US. I will never choose Cox again.

WiFi is always going out and when you get someone here to actually fix something, they don’t know what there doing on top of that they will give you used items that they know doesn’t work just so you can stop contacting them. Then of course when you have a problem they don’t answer the phone. Terrible services.
