Cox as the worst customer service ever. I have had to reach out to their customer service several times in the short time I have had their internet service and have got no help even when I am able to get a so-called supervisor. They don't care and for some reason no one has the authority to do anything. It would be great to talk to someone that cares about taking care of their paying customers and actually speaks English and lives in this country.

2.8 stars** Ugh I’ve honestly tried to give Cox the benefit of the doubt.. When it’s working (80% of the time), it’s great - However, the random 15min-3hour outages approximately 1-2 times a month become very inconvenient over time, especially being someone who works from home. I can never be totally rest assured knowing that the wifi might randomly go out time to time. The cellular service (no matter what provider you use - myself and family have tried AT&T, Verizon and T-mobile) is not the best in the outskirts of Denham Springs/Watson, so sufficient wifi is a priority. Like I said, when it’s working, it’s great! Just wish it was more consistent. I will most likely be switching providers after the year is over unless they offer reasonable discount.. Hope this helps in the decision-making of your service provider!

My experience in the store was positive. Everyone was so nice and polite and very helpful. I was there no more than 15 mins.
On the downside, Cox is very expensive if you are trying to get the large package. I have a lot of electronics in my home and outside of my home that requires fast acting Wi-Fi. I was charged almost $200 a month for just internet and it did not even work as they described. My son is an avid gamer as a teenager and he was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi for a month. I instantly cancelled my services and went back to my previous internet servicer. The connection with my new service is amazing and I don't have dead spots throughout my home. My son was so excited to be able to play his game again. Cox has to do better when it comes to their services. They suck!
The only positive I have for Cox is the customer service I received in the store.
