- ABAdam BarnettFeb 15, 20261.0My daughter went in to pickup a device for her upgrade and while she waited the salesman Mike harassed her relentlessly to buy accessories and other stuff she didn't need then insulted her when she wouldn't purchase them. Also he was very impatient when the status of the pickup order wouldn't change from pending and gave her attitude as if she was wasting his time instead of being a decent representative of the company. Horrible customer service and atrocious salesman techniques, terminate this jokers employment.

They streamlined everything for me and I was out the door confident it was all taken care of. They made sure had the best deals on everything too! Highly recommend this Verizon location for clear, honest, and transparent service! They also were great conversationist and made the time go by quickly. I actually had fun getting a new phone!
