- LNLori NationAug 27, 20251.0We switched from Verizon to Straight Talk in March, 2025. Since that time, we continue to receive a bill. I have tried multiple times to call and have someone explain to me why I’m still getting a bill. I can’t get past the automated voice except one time. Unfortunately, I couldn’t understand a single word she said. She kept asking for my something but I had no idea what it was. Then she told me to tell my bank not to pay them. Bizarre! I have no intention of paying this bill till someone clears this up. I guess I’ll have to go to a store and talk in person.

Called customer service, they said they could send me a mailer to return phone, except all I got was a blank envelope. No box no return label. Called customer service they said go to UPS they can help. Went to UPS, without a mailing label or a QR code they cannot help. Drove 40min to nearest corporate store, walked in and they said nope nothing they can do to help. Only the manager can help and he will not be in till later in the day. Would not help me in any way. So now I have to drive 40min back home and, freaking call customer un-service and hope they can help. Or gamble again and drive in later to see if a manager is available to help. This is completely unprofessional and horrible service in my opinion.
