I cancelled their service and will be looking for other company. -200% customer service.

They need to have a better understanding of the definition of words like 'speed', 'fast', and a technical understanding of what throughput is would be good too. The customer 'service' agent I chatted with took 30 minutes to process my request to end service, with gaps between messages as long as 20 minutes. They are going to charge me $130 for early cancelation, but their service is so bad, it is worth it.
