I took it in and they exchanged it for a brand new one with batteries. It was easy-peasy. They even answered some questions for my friend who was with me. She's a Cox customer and was inquiring about a discount. The young lady told my friend how to apply online to receive the discount. I wish everyone was as friendly as the Cox team employees are. UPDATE: While I was there, the young lady who spoke to my friend about a discount on her Cox internet told us about some of the programs they offer. I decided to get Cox home internet, since there is a plan I could manage while receiving SSDI, because money is very tight (especially now!!).

Ever since I moved to the west part of Pittsburg my service has been extremely crappy. Edit: their network is complete crap. My phone dropped wifi for the 4th time in less than ten minutes and I'm standing 5ft away from it.
