Me and my roommate have been paying $110 a month in total for 5 months and have had nothing but issues. The cox app frequently malfunctions and does not work as needed, my Internet will frequently go out or experience major issues with connection on a weekly basis. I'm not sure why I'm spending over $100 a month for Internet that seldom works. The folks who lived in this house before us experienced similar issues as well, and this was over 10+ years ago. Cox has shown no interest in improving or changing any of their obvious issues and have been treating their paying customers poorly. If you have a alternative option for an Internet service provider, take your money and spend it there.

I’ve used cox for the last 4 years as a college student, and the Manhattan office has been incredibly helpful as I’ve moved apartments and had difficulty with older houses. Every time they have helped me quickly and kindly. Today I called the store to ask for help with Easy-Pay enrollment issues and Brock was not only helpful, but went above and beyond with customer service and asked about my day. We need more people like him in customer service!
