- MRMai RufuNov 20, 20251.0They completely scammed me. I was told i would be getting 1gig fiber to my data center. They installed coax and still made me pay for it even tho they lied to me. I dont even get what i asked for. When i called they essentially said. Sucks to suck. Its installed now. EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT APPROVE IT. The BBB is gonna love this one.
- DKDianna KendallMar 27, 20241.0Decided to switch due to increasing bills without increased use and poor/no customer service to find out the problem. At this time found that they were expecting equipment back we never got. They “forgave“ it once we asked for proof of whoever signed for it (since it was never sent) but I found out we’ve been getting changed $5 a month rental fee for equipment we never had which adds up to $180 over 3 years yhat they will not give back and effectivly stole from us. Be weary when considering Cox.
