When I canceled the representative said I was such a loyal customer and offered newer equipment for me. I declined. When I received the bill on December 15, I was told sorry, you didn’t cancel soon enough. You still have to pay for the whole month; shows what a loyal customer I was. I do not recommend Vyve.
