So far I've been gaslit by customer service saying I never had that plan and that I would have to pay an additional $50 a month for it. I've had my bill increased for no reason and my introductory period cut short.

You can't even talk to a supervisor about it without a callback (which never actually happens). Vyve has consistently dropped the ball, and I havent even had my internet running yet! Do better!

I’ve used it in both the barracks and on post housing and the service has been fantastic, very fast and reliable. It is the only internet provider in base that I actually recommend.
