    This company is very shady and you need to look into what they actually provide when i first signed up I was told I would have unlimited internet later to find out that you don't and for every 50gb you go over is an additional $15 charge. So far I've been gaslit by customer service saying I never had that plan and that I would have to pay an additional $50 a month for it. I've had my bill increased for no reason and my introductory period cut short.

    Awful service. Every time you call someone, there's a different story. None of these representatives know what they're doing. You can't even talk to a supervisor about it without a callback (which never actually happens). Vyve has consistently dropped the ball, and I havent even had my internet running yet! Do better!

    Don't do it. Once we switched to starlink and it has been amazing. What Vyve offers in speed is a lie. read the fine print. Watch out if you dont cancel by the 1st and you pay the bill you will never get the money back, even if you are not using it anymore.

    Vyve has been awesome on base. Customer support has been helpful, and install was very easy. I’ve used it in both the barracks and on post housing and the service has been fantastic, very fast and reliable. It is the only internet provider in base that I actually recommend.
