    Awful service. Every time you call someone, there's a different story. None of these representatives know what they're doing. You can't even talk to a supervisor about it without a callback (which never actually happens). Vyve has consistently dropped the ball, and I havent even had my internet running yet! Do better!

    Don't do it. Once we switched to starlink and it has been amazing. What Vyve offers in speed is a lie. read the fine print. Watch out if you dont cancel by the 1st and you pay the bill you will never get the money back, even if you are not using it anymore.

    Vyve has been awesome on base. Customer support has been helpful, and install was very easy. I’ve used it in both the barracks and on post housing and the service has been fantastic, very fast and reliable. It is the only internet provider in base that I actually recommend.

    Have had Internet problems for the last 2 weeks. We set up an appointment and the employee tells us that he can't fix it, and that it is on their end. Then they tell us they can't fix it until Monday or Tuesday. Seems to me they want to lose customers as any other company would have had it taken care of with the first day or two. Very disappointed!!
