Service and functional reliability through the years had been modest at best. ( up until recently we didn’t have much for other options) They bought up a small company, and have not done anything to maintain service in our rural area. Luckily Wilson communications has brought in fiber to Kanopolis If you have ANY other option avoid Vyve

It was supposed to be fixed on a Tuesday fast forward almost a month and still having even worse Internet trouble. Terrible company. Responds to reviews but can't respond to problems. Insane. No work ethic and really just a shady company overall. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. GO TWIN VALLEY INSTEAD AS THIS COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE A SHIT. Don't bother responding vyve either as I know you will respond with some bs apology and nothing will change. Awful company if I could give them negative stars I would!!!

Only downside is they do have promotions that gradually fall off. You just call their retention team and they add them right back on.
