  I have now had my 4th attempt to have installed. Waited two weeks to get initial install then they showed up knocked couple times waited 10 min and left. I had received calls saying they left but wasn't home at time. Had a family member at house that didn't hear door knock. So I rescheduled taking blame for first failure to install. Had to wait another 3 days to install again couldn't install due to storm which is understandable. 3rd attempt tech tried to install but needed to go higher on my TV tower said he couldn't without other employees there to watch. So now on fourth attempt that I had to wait another week to get appointment couldn't install due to septic tank that im currently getting water run off replaced being 8 feet from tower. You would figure a company trying to get customers would try little harder but all I got was excuses I would hate see what would happen if I had their internet and needed to have fixed probably have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Just seems like a little too much for one guy to handle all installs in my area. Looks like ill be checking out Starlink.

  Blake was great! He was very helpful on knowing how to run the wiring to the router even from the weird design of my residence. Very great worker! Also very knowledgeable of his job. Very welcome here in our home! Thank you!

  Our tech, Blake was very good at explaining what he was doing, was very personable, courteous and knowledgeable and even assisted me on how to go about how to get a family member signed up with Nextlink!
