Your service man was very nice and polite and knowledgeable he did great at the installation and letting me know what was happening and how things work...he answered all my questions in terms I could understand.

As someone who works in customer service myself, I appreciate that even though the problem wasn't a fast fix I kept getting the call backs of the problem trying to be resolved. This goes from the customer support, to the person setting up my tech appointment, to the tech guy himself and farther up the chain until it was resolved. I'm very impressed with all of them.
