  I wish I had taken more time to read all the one-star reviews before deciding to work with this company. I hired them to design a website for my holistic acupuncture practice, expecting a truly custom design aligned with my brand and business model. These guys are not web developers, and they do not know much about web development. The final product did not reflect what was promised. The term “custom design” was used in a way that did not match the actual deliverable. Beginning with a blank Wix template and applying minimal stylistic changes does not constitute custom web design. There also appeared to be a significant disconnect between holistic medicine branding and conventional biomedical or corporate aesthetics. The overall tone, imagery, and execution felt misaligned with the clearly stated focus of my practice. When I expressed concern that the design did not reflect my vision or business identity, the feedback I received framed the issue as a “creative shift” rather than acknowledging a potential misunderstanding of the brand direction. Additionally, certain requirements - such as the need for me to independently supply stock imagery - were not clearly disclosed prior to purchase. When concerns were raised, I expected collaborative problem-solving and professional dialogue. Instead, communication centered on contractual defenses and even threats rather than addressing the underlying design misalignment. This review reflects my documented experience so that others can make informed decisions. Client retention is best achieved through transparency, alignment with client vision, and professional execution. It's too bad you're going to lose clients after the way you treated me - they have every right to understand others’ experiences before investing their money. *** Responding to their comment down below that is not factual or true *** The homepage was not delivered within the stated timeline (actually had I not fired you, it probably would have taken many more weeks to complete it), and when it was finally presented, it did not reflect the information or direction I had provided. I was genuinely surprised by the quality of what was delivered, especially given that it was presented as aligned with my business and vision. There was no clear disclosure upfront that clients would be responsible for sourcing stock images and effectively designing the website themselves. That was the service I believe I was paying for. When I raised concerns about the misalignment in color palette, tone, and overall aesthetic, I expected collaborative problem-solving. Instead, the responsibility was shifted back onto me. At that point, I chose to end the working relationship, as it did not make sense to continue investing time and energy into a process that was not producing results. The delays and repeated revisions were costing me time and money. I ultimately initiated a formal dispute due to the poor quality of the work delivered and the denial of my refund request. Threatening with arbitration and defamation in response to legitimate client concerns was both delusional and toxic. When a client raises legitimate concerns, the focus should be on resolution - not intimidation. And honestly, why did you think that it would work? That's just disgusting attitude. I do not have the time or energy for business relationships that create unnecessary stress and drama. I'm not even surprised to read their generic response to my comment. I took the time to read through all their responses to 1 star reviews. Quite laughable honestly to continue to defend your lack of professionalism and poor quality of work.The overall experience was not professional - they think about only money and not the client. You never want to be working with a company so out of touch with reality and so malignant. Literally just be normal, it's not necessary to be so hostile to someone whose money you're taking. Look elsewhere.
