My family has 6 lines, (Business) with Verizon, & they kepted charging us for something we stopped service on. This store is criminals. My phone isnt even 1 year old, & I cant recieve phone calls or recieve voicemails from Drs. My Drs are playing phone tag with me, & I have a procedure coming up. Im sueing Addison Verizon for neglienece. Im done, I put in 15+ hours in the stor & waiting, & getting no where.
