They then proceeded to knock down our internet line into our trees. My husband went out and asked them if they were going to fix it, and they said yes. Then 3 days later, the line is still in the trees and we called them and told them what they did, they said they would fix it. They called me the next day and told me.That's not our line, so we're gonna contact your provider for you. We call our provider, who knew nothing of what was going on and we had to have our own companies guys come out and fix our internet line because vyve knocked it down and didn't fix it. Just because of that , I would never, ever switch to them, because if that's how they treat other people stuff than I can only imagine how they treat their own.
