    I was having issues with my internet cutting in and out (due to my own hardware problems) and Stanton was able to come out and completely resolve the issue. He was fast and professional and even helped me with my printer problems.

When a problem arises, (Twice in 3 or 4 years) they have always been there to take care of the issue or provide guidance on how to take care of the issue Very proactive with their customer service. Valerie (Sandpoint Vyve office) provided great customer service, answered my questions, and provided information on promotions that were available to us. Have a great holiday season! Andre

    I've always had great experiences with Vyve, and the last service call my service tech Garek in Sandpoint went above and beyond. There is construction going on at my apartment and one of the roofers accidentally cut my internet line. Garek made sure I had internet and made a temp replacement so hopefully it wouldn't be cut again. Then once construction is done he will come permanently place the line. This is why I've been with them 20yrs since they were Northland.
