- HHHawkeye11Oct 24, 20251.0Several Weeks Later: Again I find out you’ve lied about more things, I’m paying $129 more a month then what you told me it would be. My phone did NOT end up being free, as you and Verizon said. You lied and talked me into your insurance, which I have cancelled and switched to Apple Care like I wanted in the first place. I hope people see this and don’t go to your store. All you want is to funnel people through so that you can make more and more sales and profit v providing excellent service like Apple does. I strongly advise everyone to take an Apple products to the Apple Store to have their phones set up, and transferred, they’ll also waive activation fees if you are offered that option in this store. I’ve filed a complaint against you. UPDATE AT BOTTOM: I do NOT recommend this store, don’t trust them to transfer your phone to another, go to the Apple Store please. I was assured by this location, and Verizon that they were fully capable of transferring all of my photos , contacts, etc. for me, and that they were just as good as the Apple Store. I felt uneasy, but went with this store. When I returned home, to my absolute devastation I found 40,000 pictures missing over a period of years. I had always went to the Apple Store, and had never once lost a single thing in all these years. These photos are irreplaceable, you’ve broken my heart. Pictures of family and friends who passed. Gone are photos of my mom, family photos with her, of my passed grandson. Those photos of mom with my grandsons, son, and I, it’s like losing them all over again. They won’t publish their store number so I couldn’t call them, I’m not local. Apple Support said that they didn’t sync it correctly and the photos are gone. Videos also lost. I’m heartbroken beyond words, my memories are gone forever. Greater cost added on as well. Staff are nice, but I’d never trust them again. UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY: How can you make it up to me? You lost thousands of memories, bc the tech didn’t complete the transfer correctly. I’m still absolutely devastated. How are you going to reach out to me? I can NOT even call the store directly, bc you will NOT publish a phone number, it’s routed to India and an Asian country. DO BETTER! It’s not right to not even be allowed to contact the store, I’m over an hour away. I’d like a personal response from a manager.
