Has been out on and off since October.
Last month they took $300 from my account unauthorized and would only give a $15 credit.
Called 6 times in 2 days to get it going.
Nothing has been solved and I'm still without internet and no one has any explanations as to why it's not working.
The gal I talked to had basically was like your out of luck and we can't help you.
I'm tired of paying for a service that never works and techs that won't show up to find the issue

Mark L was our installer. The installation was great. He went over everything with us and waited to see if we had everything connected before he left. It was a very positive experience.
