- JTJeff TaylorMar 6, 20231.0In the market to upgrade. I was there a few times prior. I was told that I had a 30-40 minute wait. No biggie. That turned into a 1 hour and 15 minute wait. Yes they were a bit busy. But the store did not have enough agents to help all customers and did not have nearly enough places to sit which made many people standing and/or walking around while waiting their turn to get helped. I walked out, went to store in Clive and got helped right away and upgraded my plan and phone. I only gave this store 1 star because that is the minimum allowed otherwise they would get ZERO! I could go on but I won’t. Verizon should be ashamed of this store! Never again!
