  This is no longer a corporate store, it's a third party. The only thing these people exist for is to upsell you... I go in to pay my bill and instead of just letting me do that they first wanted to go through my plan and sell me on upgrades I don't want. I'm there to pay my bill and instead of letting me do that she's trying to sell me a new phone and a Netflix subscription. Pushy upsell tactics by overdressed cell phone store employees are how you lose customers... I will never step foot in that store again. Edit: the ridiculous response they gave tells me they still just don't get it. Nobody coming in to pay their bill wants a variety of options, they want to pay their bill. They don't care if they waste your time, they want that commission from Verizon...

  I was just in the store to trade in 3 phones I had upgraded. I had an email telling me that I was supposed to take my phone directly to this address. The boy helping me said he could not help me. When I showed him the email he went back into an office to speak to his "general manager" and proceeded to come back and tell me the same thing. The manager couldn't even come out of her office if she was even there in the first place. The boys customer service skills were absolutely horrendous. No one offered to even make a phone call when I suggested they could try to help more. I will be looking for another carrier
