- DSDuhran SadlerNov 15, 20251.0I was just in the store to trade in 3 phones I had upgraded. I had an email telling me that I was supposed to take my phone directly to this address. The boy helping me said he could not help me. When I showed him the email he went back into an office to speak to his "general manager" and proceeded to come back and tell me the same thing. The manager couldn't even come out of her office if she was even there in the first place. The boys customer service skills were absolutely horrendous. No one offered to even make a phone call when I suggested they could try to help more. I will be looking for another carrier
