My usage hasn't changed and they suddenly say I owe them an extra $100. I've had to deal with terrible internet before but these losers take the cake. Also save yourself some time and don't bother with the corporate bs reply of "OH we're sooorry (that you caught us)." If you move somewhere that has their routers pre installed, just huck that junk in the dumpster.
