When I stated that I do not recall to the customer service rep, they said "If it's not important to you then" And hung up Therefore I am ending service

My bill went from 20 dollars to now 45 dollars plus tax. That is over a 100 percent increase that is completely uncalled for. I could get 10, maybe 15 dollar increase but not over 100 percent. I've never changed the internet we have always received, never had techs come to my house for anything. Good way to treat valued customers.
