  4 days, no internet. 3 calls to them, not one call from them. Im moving on.

  Had them for years with minimal issues and this week they decommissioned our tower and didn't inform any customers that receive services from that point about it being decommissioned!! I work from home so not having internet isn't an option. I called support several times and no one knew what was going on. 3 days later a tech came and said the tower was gone and we'd have to move our receiver to pick up another tower but It would require mounting our receiver to our roof, which absolutely is not happening.

  Had service for 4 months. Received phone call (without caller ID) which left a voicemail which claimed the price was going up. Call to inquire why, was placed on hold, then asked how much I was paying. When I stated that I do not recall to the customer service rep, they said "If it's not important to you then" And hung up Therefore I am ending service

  I really enjoyed this company when they first bought Jason out. I've always paid my bill early and been a good customer. My bill went from 20 dollars to now 45 dollars plus tax. That is over a 100 percent increase that is completely uncalled for. I could get 10, maybe 15 dollar increase but not over 100 percent. I've never changed the internet we have always received, never had techs come to my house for anything. Good way to treat valued customers.
