- JWJolene WilsonJun 15, 20235.0I went in thinking I was going to get a replacement by insurance but after talking to the Verizon person they said that it was covered under warranty and that when my new phone came in they would if I came back they would set it up for me. On 6/15 I had appointment with Verizon I may have got there a little bit late. Rochelle me with a great big smile at the door and asked her what I she could help me with. Then she said come on over I can help you. From there she started backing up my phone. It took an over an hour to do. She was nothing but patient with me. Didn't even look at another customer. Just focused on me and my phone. We had a nice conversation. She is very customer service friendly, very helpful, very kind and very patient. Thank you Rochelle for going beyond the call of duty and helping me out that day. She is a very kind soul!
