- MBMr BApr 23, 20261.0Switched to Netlink in January. Let’s start with that I’ve never received a bill. They just started charging my credit card without my permission. I was told the opposite when I signed up but now they are saying they don’t send bills. I don’t know how they expect me to pay them but we will see since I canceled that credit card because of them. Next let’s go with the technical issues. Been having phone issues but the internet works fine. Since I’m calling in on my phone with them, they say they can’t troubleshoot and the internet is working so the phone should be too. They have me restart and say they will call me back but they never do. When I call back in, it is the same steps. We are actively looking for another provider.
