I bought the S26 ultra which was on offer with the galaxyvwatch 8 classic from the Sky online store. On the delivery date, the phone0 arrived without the wrist watch and I rang the customer service to ask why it hasn't come with the phone. The person who spoke to me told me the watch will come seperately after 5 working days as the watch was currently out of stock. Fast forward to 5 days later I rang them again to find out what the delay was and I was told that I wasn't going to get the wrist watch because I ordered the phone on the day the offer had expired. I feel like I was misled into buying the phone by a false advert.

Sky is THE WORST company I’ve ever tried to deal with !
9th February we moved house and had an email from Sky to offer deals.. we agreed, sounded good, had phone call and signed documents. We were told we had to wait until 25th February for an engineer, but we would have internet that day.
25th comes around and no engineer. I waited in all day. Took a holiday from work (wasted it!) Ended up calling Sky, they were just as confused as me - said he was coming and then said Open Reach had to do some work and they’d be in touch when there was an update. I asked for an email to be able to voice my upset at the situation. Received automated responses sadly.
Terrible communication as no one knew what was happening and they just kept blaming Open Reach, which I understand but they should still be able to give updates.
5th March received an email to say complaint was CLOSED! Obviously this added to my upset. Was told no money would be taken until we had our services up and running…
6th March charged!!!! Had to get in touch with my bank to retrieve the money wrongfully taken from Sky..
Cancelled the direct debit because I was worried sky would try to take more from me.
7th March
I rang and was told there was no update, that we would receive compensation for the days without broadband due to the problems with Sky.
Was advised to give another couple of days as there would be a new update on the Tuesday.. the advisor spoke to the tech team and said it’s best to wait as I won’t get any compensation if I cancelled there and then.
By this point it was a full month since signing up.
Rang Tuesday 10th March after seeing that the “update” was to “WAIT TEN DAYS…”excuse me? How is that an update? Wasn’t even told what would happen in ten days.
Cancelled on the phone and was told that I would receive an email in 3 days confirming cancellation of Sky (this never arrived) and was also told I’d receive a phone call on Sunday the 15th March at 4pm, this also NEVER HAPPENED!
Sunday 15th March I rang around 6pm.
First advisor said there was no cancellation on the account, she seemed helpful until she randomly transferred me to someone who had no idea what was going on. She didn’t even tell me she was going to transfer me which was obviously adding to the horrific experience of Sky.
Three people later - sky is cancelled and I would never go near that company again. .
I did receive an email today, saying “your new sky products” .. so I’m very glad calls are recorded as why am I getting that when I cancelled yesterday?
Absolute mess from start to finish!
Virgin sorted within two days!

I had a great experience at the store in Middlesbrough. Kirsty was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. She explained all the options clearly and made everything easy to understand. I never felt rushed and she answered all my questions with patience. The customer service was professional and welcoming from start to finish. I would definitely recommend speaking with Kirsty if you visit this store.
