  We popped in to see Sam at Sky in Westquay a few times over the past month and every visit was a positive experience. Sam was approachable, knowledgeable, and never pushy with sales. He always took the time to answer all of our questions and really listened to what we had to say, helping us find the right options for our needs. Thank you so much, Sam, for your excellent service.   With making phone calls to SKY and entering into chat messaging both proving a little challenging, we happened to walk by the SKY stand in West Quay and started having a conversation with Sam. What can we say …. Sam was approachable and personable and we quickly felt at ease with him. For the entirety of our conversation he was patient, clear with any explanation and astute in knowing what questions to ask and prompts to clarify. Sam was immensely sincere and genuine and at no time did we feel pressured into making any decisions. We were grateful of the time Sam took to write everything down and for the offer of help and assistance at any point going forward. We were so impressed with Sam’s manner, that we actually went back to place an order with him in person and this second experience mirrored the first both in terms of professionalism and helpfulness. If anyone in SKY is reading this, Sam is an asset to your team and we hope he is recognised for his efforts. Thank you!

  Unfortunately the person working there ignored me multiple times. At first he ignored me and did not talk to me. Then I was told to come back in 10 min. I went back, I waited an extra 30min. Nothing. He was later talking with someone else about what food to eat, and their hobbies.

  I had an outstanding experience with the customer service team, in particular I was speaking with one of the team members (Danny). From the moment I reached out, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.
