I had an amazing experience at the Sky in Oracle. I went to see my man Vincenzo and he kindly gave me the new iPhone 18 Pro Max. He demonstrated excellent customer service explaining the swap process and even changed my address. He also offered to guide me through returning my old phone and getting a new one.

Not very nice to walk past and hear staff loudly making inappropriate comments about immigration and children getting raped. Some staff clearly need to be taught about appropriate topics of discussion in the workplace.

Ordered start of February they told me that there is no fibre to the property so they would have to install a cable through the road, waited a couple of months they kept changing the date saying it would be done. They then cancelled the order saying I have not made an installation appointment even tho they have not dug up the road and installed the cable (so my fault apparently). replaced the order started the whole process again waited another couple of months they have now cancelled the order again saying that I have not signed a consent to work form which they have not sent me (my fault again). I understand if they don’t want to do the work or can’t get permission from the council but why keep saying you can do it when I order it just say no sorry
