- JHJohn HallMay 10, 20261.0Sky is a rip off they started by taking double payments finally get that sorted after 4 months, just to be slapped with a massive bill of which I don't know where it comes from. After months of ringing and finally getting to speak to a manager the bill was wiped clean. But here we are again back with another bill just 1 month after the last one they have tried telling us it was a late payment, I have never made a late payment to sky if anything we have paid early by a couple of days at least. Now struggling again with sky to be switched back on. A massive company like sky and they have to rip innocent people off. I am seriously now thinking about going to virgin media they are so much better and alot more helpful. Even the manager when we spoke to him looked back at our account and said we didn't owe so much. So please be warned about this
