- TTTim TaylorNov 18, 20231.0Went with my wife shopping in Scunthorpe on 17/11/23 as she and I went in to the foundry she wanted to look at the clothes shop while I wanted to enquire about SKY GLASS, as I approached the stand I saw two female staff both serving customers so I stood back a while, noticed a gentleman sat down on the sofa infront of the sky glass with his phone out and seemed to be watching a Netflix or a show on his phone, I thought this was a customer until I walk see around the other side and noticed he in fact was staff too, his name badge had Callum on it and he briefly noticed me and then went back to watching his phone!!!! I thought this was awful customer service and the nerve of actually making eye contact with me then casually going back to watching his phone was appalling, well sky you’ve just lost a sky glass customer…
