  Signed up to Sky in November last year for tv, Broadband and landline. landline never worked from day one sounded like someone was sandpapering every time I received or made a call wifi was poor so was sent a wifi booster then last month my puk stopped working was told it would be looked into they sent a new puk which did not work so sent another out but was without tv for a month and was still billed , was told by tech team I was going to get compensation which was a Tesco Voucher, phone again after not getting voucher to be told by someone they stopped giving vouchers out. I was told that I would receive compensation via bank transfer and that never happened either. was told on the phone this week that I could cancel my contract if I wanted to. They are just full of excuses and quick at taking payments for a poor service.

  DONT EVER GO WITH SKY!!! sky are quite honestly the WORST v9mpany I have had to deal with in a long time. We moved house and they restarted a contract, instead of moving with us, and started charging us twice the price. Customer services admitted thatvtheybmade a mistake but point blank refused to fix the problem. They stole 60 pounds off me which they said they would return but never have. We have now cancelled our contract and because they started a new contract by mistake we are having to pay 180 pounds to leave. DISGUSTING customer service, first time I called I was passed around for an hour and finally told they wouldn't help. Second time we xalled today, first woman hung up on us and the second guy ate and drank his lunch all the way through the telephone conversation. SKY used to be a really great reliable service, they are now definately the worst on the market

  Jessica and Lee were such a great help. Helped us with what we wanted, made it all so understandable & approachable, and managed to answer our (many) questions! Couldn’t’ve asked for two better sale reps for Sky. Can’t recommend them enough, even if you only come to them with questions

  Visited Stephen in the mall at Norwich, as I wanted to ask questions face to face rather than purchase online. Answered all my questions and many more. He definitely has great knowledge and helped me purchase the right package. Very happy 😃
