Well had phone accounts, had broadband, had TV, the most incompetent company ive ever been with. Set me up multiple accounts, tried to sell me products I didnt agree to. Countless days/hours of calling international calls. Shocking company who just want your money. Brought a phone, got scammed and received a Dubai locked one instead of my order, no customer service, no apology, no compensation. Avoid like the plague.
- JCJohn CenaJun 8, 20261.0Signed up to Sky in November last year for tv, Broadband and landline. landline never worked from day one sounded like someone was sandpapering every time I received or made a call wifi was poor so was sent a wifi booster then last month my puk stopped working was told it would be looked into they sent a new puk which did not work so sent another out but was without tv for a month and was still billed , was told by tech team I was going to get compensation which was a Tesco Voucher, phone again after not getting voucher to be told by someone they stopped giving vouchers out. I was told that I would receive compensation via bank transfer and that never happened either. was told on the phone this week that I could cancel my contract if I wanted to. They are just full of excuses and quick at taking payments for a poor service.
