  Have to say there was a certain member of staff that went above and beyond to assist me, and I couldn't be happier. He really deserves a promotion to manager, as the service and information he provided was out of this world. If I ever want anything from Sky again, or another of their fabulous services, I will be sure to request the services of Maurzio

  I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your retail store. During my visit, I was treated unprofessionally by a staff member named Rita (though I am not certain if this is her real name). I initially visited the store to inquire about settling my current contract and potentially starting a new one with a new phone. Instead of receiving helpful assistance, Rita seemed intent on dismissing me. She advised me to call Sky directly, rather than assisting me in person. When I asked for her name to ensure I could reference our interaction, she was hesitant and refused until I asked for her manager. While the manager was helpful, the fact remains that I had to escalate the situation to receive adequate service. It is unacceptable that customers should have to seek out a manager to get basic assistance. Rita's behavior suggests a lack of proper training and a disregard for customer satisfaction. I urge you to retrain her to ensure that all customers receive the support they need.

  Annette was pretty amazing and see thoroughly explained the phone contract so I got my 17 pro orange which is my favourite colour.
