    Extremely disappointing customer service. The staff member I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and condescending throughout the conversation. No effort was made to explain alternatives or provide helpful guidance. It felt like I was inconveniencing him just by asking questions. Customer service should be respectful regardless of the outcome of a finance enquiry.

    I visited the Sky store at Westfield London on 1st March 2026 and ordered a Samsung Galaxy S26 and a complementary Samsung watch, with a firm delivery commitment of 6th March. That date came and went with no delivery, no tracking, and no communication from Sky. I spent nearly 2 hours on Sky's live chat. The agent (Cyrus) told me my devices would be delivered that day, then changed his story. He then assured me he had contacted the Sky store in Brent Cross and that my devices would be ready for collection within 30 minutes. I made the journey. The store had received no message, held no inventory, and had no idea why I was there. Sky subsequently cancelled my order entirely — not because of anything I did, but because of a technical failure on Sky's own systems that failed to record my credit consent. I had no choice in this. I have a full transcript of the chat. Complaint reference: 4856266533. I am an existing Sky customer on mobile, TV and broadband. This is how Sky treats loyal customers.
