- JSjagjeet SinghMay 14, 20261.0I visited the Treaty Centre today and was approached by a Sky representative. He explained the TV packages, and I told him honestly that the prices were far too high for me, especially when I can buy an £80 TV from Tesco without being tied into expensive monthly payments. Instead of behaving professionally, the representative became rude and told me that I was “just time passing” with him. This was completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. No customer deserves to be spoken to like that, and it reflects extremely poorly on Sky’s customer service standards. I expect Sky to take immediate action regarding this behaviour. Staff should be trained to treat every customer with respect, regardless of whether they choose to buy a plan. This kind of attitude damages Sky’s reputation and should not be ignored.

The sales man said that if you are buying a WiFi . We are giving Tv streaming routers for free . They said that montly they are charging the amount of £36 pounds for the broadband. And we are giving tv streaming router for free then I ordered a broadband from sky they sent first tv streaming router first after two days they sent broadband band . Recently we moved to the new house I call to sky customer care to tell them we are moving home so we have reinstall the broadband then they said for your new address we are charging £6 more then I asked to them y you are charging this much then the said you have a tv streaming subscription. I didn’t order any tv from sky . The retailers doing this scams with people .
