  The Sky store in Treaty Centre is a convenient place to visit if you want to find out more about Sky services, packages, broadband, TV, or available offers. The location is very convenient as it is right inside the shopping centre, so it is easy to stop by while shopping in Hounslow. I found the staff friendly, approachable, and willing to explain the different options available. It is helpful to be able to speak to someone face to face rather than trying to understand all the different packages online. They can answer questions and provide information about the services, prices, and current deals, which makes it easier to compare the available options before making a decision. The store itself is modern, clean, and well presented. The displays are organised clearly, and the overall atmosphere is professional and welcoming. Even if you are only looking for information and are not ready to purchase anything, it is useful to have a local Sky store where you can ask questions directly. The location in Treaty Centre is another big advantage because it is easily accessible by public transport and surrounded by many other shops, cafés, and services. Overall, I had a positive experience visiting Sky in Treaty Centre. It is a useful and convenient place for anyone interested in Sky products or looking for advice about their TV and broadband services.

  I visited the Treaty Centre today and was approached by a Sky representative. He explained the TV packages, and I told him honestly that the prices were far too high for me, especially when I can buy an £80 TV from Tesco without being tied into expensive monthly payments. Instead of behaving professionally, the representative became rude and told me that I was “just time passing” with him. This was completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. No customer deserves to be spoken to like that, and it reflects extremely poorly on Sky’s customer service standards. I expect Sky to take immediate action regarding this behaviour. Staff should be trained to treat every customer with respect, regardless of whether they choose to buy a plan. This kind of attitude damages Sky’s reputation and should not be ignored.

  Don’t buy anything from the sky Hounslow store . This people are doing scams. Last year I ordered a broadband from sky hounslow store . The sales man said that if you are buying a WiFi . We are giving Tv streaming routers for free . They said that montly they are charging the amount of £36 pounds for the broadband. And we are giving tv streaming router for free then I ordered a broadband from sky they sent first tv streaming router first after two days they sent broadband band . Recently we moved to the new house I call to sky customer care to tell them we are moving home so we have reinstall the broadband then they said for your new address we are charging £6 more then I asked to them y you are charging this much then the said you have a tv streaming subscription. I didn’t order any tv from sky . The retailers doing this scams with people .
