- LTL TJun 6, 20261.0Absolutely appalling customer service and conduct of staff members. A male worker, allegedly called Anthony, decided it was acceptable to shove my 15 year old son with a metal barrier whilst he was minding his own business and watching an event that was happening downstairs. When asked for his name, he refused to tell us. When asked who his manager was, he refused to tell us. Asked the other two female workers, one of which who witnessed the entire situation, to tell us what they saw, both refused silently as knew their colleague was in the wrong. Began being absolutely disrespectful and rude to my family members. Disgraceful and shameful behaviour, saw my young son standing alone and saw him as an easy target. Complete and utter bully.
